When using the portfolio, each training participant has a well-defined role:

- The clinical training tutor : A chiropodist-podiatrist who accompanies the student in the field, guiding them in their practical learning and assessing their skills.
- The reference trainer : Appointed by the training institute, he ensures the overall monitoring of the student, coordinates the interventions of the tutors and participates in the final evaluation.
The skills framework
The portfolio is also based on a detailed skills framework, which includes ten main skills, such as:
- Analysis and evaluation of clinical situations,
- The design and implementation of therapeutic projects,
- Communication and relationship management in an intervention context,
- Interprofessional cooperation.
These skills are at the heart of the training and must be validated to obtain the diploma.
