Very flexible orthoplasty silicone - SILIPOD PROTECSIL

Polyaddition polyvinylsiloxane silicone packaged in 2 jars of 50 g or 250 g, in the form of 2 pastes allowing, once mixed in equal parts, to carry out any type of orthoplasty in a few minutes.

Main Features :
• Slightly millable after complete catalysis (24 h) - Elongation 340% - Resistance 7 kn/m
• Composition: Polyvinylsiloxane polyaddition
• Can be shaped by hand but also injected, woven, molded into the shoe dynamically.
• Sanding possible after 24 hours, mixes and sticks with and on other silicones.

Manual :
Wash your hands especially if you have worn gloves
• Take an equal part of dough from pot B* with the colored spoon and from pot C* with the white spoon.
• Be careful never to mix up the spoons or lids.
• Mix the two doughs for a maximum of 30 seconds evenly
• Carry out the orthoplasty: Working time +/- 4 min depending on the ambient temperature , your hands, the patient's foot
• After catalysis (cross-linking) +/- 4 min, gently unmold the orthoplasty

Advice : Immerse the orthoplasty in hot water +/- 3 min (tap temperature) to accelerate catalysis and stabilize the silicone
Pre-milling possible immediately
Sanding and finishing after catalysis (cross-linking) 24 hours
Storage : Close the jars after use and store them at room temperature +/- 20°C
